Shipping policy

All orders ship within 48 business hours from our Southern California location. Once your order has been handed over to the shipper we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing or is not delivered, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipper.

If you live outside of the United States and you purchase from us, please note that you will be responsible for the costs of duty, tax, and any other import fees related to your order. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable.
